Deliveries
Delivery is FREE to one address within 25 miles of Bury on orders over £75 or to one address within mainland UK on orders above £250.
For all other orders in the UK, deliveries are charged at £7.50 up to a case of twelve standard size bottles and £7.50 per case thereafter. Deliveries to the United States are charged at £15.00 for a single bottle. For any other worldwide deliveries, please contact us at sales@cultdrinks.com for charges.
Discounts may apply for multiple corporate drops, please contact us for a quote.
Whilst we endeavor to deliver all orders before 6pm the next working day, we cannot guarantee this service, please allow up to three working days.
Our courier delivery times are for weekdays only during office hours. Weekend (Saturday) deliveries are available by arrangement but will incur an extra charge.
Goods delivered to specified delivery address (other than cardholder address) are left at the customers own risk.

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, with the exception of American Express.
Payment should be made online using our secure payment system, no monies will be charged to your account until your wines have been dispatched. For further information on our payment terms please read our Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you can contact us by telephone to confirm your card details, or send a cheque. Please allow 7 days for your payment to clear as orders will not be prepared or dispatched before receipt of payment.

Ordering
Anyone wishing to place an order must be 18 years or over. By submitting an order the customer is confirming they are at least 18 years of age. Cult Drinks reserves the right to refuse an order.

Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us in writing by email to sales@cultdrinks.com and return your goods, unopened in their original packaging within 7 working days.

Goods damaged in Transit
Please examine all goods at the time of receipt. If there are any breakages or shortages in your delivery please record on the carriers note before signing and notify us by email (sales@cultdrinks.com) within 24 hours. We will refund or replace any broken or missing bottles.

Law
This website is based in the United Kingdom and all contracts are made under English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
