 How soon can I expect my delivery?

All UK orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability,  and you can expect to receive your delivery the following working day.  As orders are shipped via courier, we recommend that you provide a shipping address where you can be confident of being in to receive the delivery on that day (your place of work is a good idea) Please note that if you are not in to recieve your delivery, the courier will drop a card through your letterbox to inform you that the goods have been returned to the depot. They will then attempt re-delivery the next working day then hold the goods at the depot for a further two working days. If no contact is made then the goods are returned to us and the cost of the return will be passed on to you, the customer.

Overseas shipments are less easy to guarantee, but you can expect to receive your order within 8-10 working days.

 Are all your products authentic?

We take great pride in sourcing the genuine article. Because some of the products we list are not available anywhere else in the UK, some customers are surprised that we have managed to get the real thing. Rest assured that everything on cultdrinks.com is the same as you will have tried abroad.

 How can I get my product listed on cultdrinks.com?

 Where do you source your products?

We source and import many of our products ourselves, directly from the producers. We have a licence to import alcohol into the UK and have a bonded warehouse facility.

 What if my selected item is out of stock?

In the unfortunate instance that your item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to advise you of waiting times, offer alternatives where appropriate, or to give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

 Will my order arrive intact?

All orders are well-packaged in polystyrene tubes and are delivered  in the UK via reputable courier service, which ensures special handling to guarantee that your goods arrive in drinkable condition.

 Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we do ship bottles to the US. The charge for a single bottle is £15+. For any larger orders, please contact us at info@cultdrinks.com and we will calculate the shipping costs according to the exact weight of your order.
